Title: just came back from deployment my license key dosnt work for patches

A valid license key should work just fine.
Pirated keys however, do not.

Do you own a legal copy of the game?
If so, could you send me a PM containing your license key, then I shall check it for you.

Post by: nikr07 on March 01, 2008, 05:14:58: i was playing ss2008 fine on V1.0 then i updated to V1.3, and its asking me for my serial and when i put it in, it claims that it not valid, i only got this a few weeks back from play.com

any ideas whats wrong?? ???

You didn't know warez and cracks were illegal? It is stealing money and time from the companies that made it. Atleast you deleted it and are buying a legal version, most other people just go off say f you and leave. :p

I can't understand way peoples are so stupid, they have a pirate key and update the game and it stop working, what is going around in the head of dose folks, they don't think v-step are stupid and give them a new key, Idiots a cal folks like that, officious it can happen then someone has misses he\she key, but 99 % is pirate copy's im for sure

Just because he knows stuff doesn't mean he is always right. Some dude the other day asked me for a good image editing program and I said photoshop and he told me to give him a link after seeing it was $649 (I have a receipt if you wish to see it) he said he would get a crack... just from those words I went and turned him into adobe. If it isn't from the publishers website or a reliable source it is not real.

But atleast you didn't mean to.

bay your game in shops you trust on, The original games you can See that of the cower, CD/DVD plat instruction how to install and a CD key stick to aider the user manual inside the cower or direct on the CD/DVD plat
Be carefull, don't trust odder and you self
