Title: login probleme

Hi

Allways when i visit the forum i have to give my nickname and pw but i allways klick that i want to be logged in forever...where is the mistake i do?

Almost the same problem. I check "one month", but the login is lost withing few days.
Also every time after the forum asks username and password, it says "wrong password", but just pressing "enter" again it let's me in. :)

Hiya all :)

Clearing cookies will usually remove the file needed to maintain your forum login.  This will also be cleared if you use separate programs for cleaning your internet items ;)

Carl,
By the same token, if your Internet Security is set to not permit cookies in the first place, that could be the problem.

To amplify:
Some security packages, and other programs, do helpful things—often without asking and unbeknownst to you—such as periodically cleaning your cookies.

That's one of the many reasons that I always manually configure everything Marty.  I don't like anything working without my permission ;)

I even know when my startup has altered, or an extra folder is on my hard drive/s.......sad I know, but I like it this way ;D
