Will it really make a difference if I have Vista with 1GB RAM because it's a really good computer that I've never had requirement problems with. By the way, if you have no idea what I'm talking about, the system requirements for SS08 state 1GB RAM for Windows 2000/xp and 2GB RAM for Vista.

I think 1Gb & XP is the minimum requirement and 2Gb & Vista the recommended requirements.

Because Vista is a ram eater, so it need more ram to run

Are you asking about the game here or just these two Windows OS's?

Windows Vista=backdoor Blister.
Stick with Xp Pro/Mce.

It's probably fairly easy to add more ram. Is you have a slot available, just add another 1 gb. If you don't, replace the old RAM by 1x2 GB or 2x1 GB.

Vista alone needs almost 1gb RAM

I use XP and have 512 RAM, and I have no problems with the game. :S
