Title: Your Favourite Ship

What is your favourite boat in SS2008 and why? You are allowed to vote 3 times, once in each category.

Mine:

Ferries: Pride Of Rotterdam
I love large ferries.....lol...what to say...? ;D

Tugs/Motorboat: Arie Visser
Fast and does the job

Large Ships:
Vermaas

My favourite ships are alle the conventionnal propulsed ships ...

I set up a HOTAS config, based on a Saitek X45 (I use this one for the rudder of the ships, and the two rotary controls for aft and bow thruster. And I use a Saitek pro throttle controller for the independant setting of the throttle on my both engines ..... pretty fun !

My two favourite ships are the Sherpa and the Agile Solution, wich are really very pleasant, and you can manoeuver them with much precision !

i love the speed yacht and classic yacht from the add on...theyre great fun

I like old ships like Liberties or Victories or their British equivalent
What´s about T2 Tankers and old tugs like the "TURMOIL" ("FLYING ENTERPRISE")
Side trawlers like the British trawlers built for duties in WW II or German "Potsdam-Type"
Reefers like "Cap San - Cl) and so on

I like the classic yacht from the 2006 addon a lot.   It's soothing to be lumbering along in style at 10 knots.
Too bad it's so bugged at the moment: anchor graphics remains up even when the anchor is lowered, the engine sound remains on even after turning off the engine, etc.  Hopefully this will all be fixed in the official expansion.

Hi Ifful,

That 'preview' which was released to the SS2006 Addon customers is indeed not ready yet.

It'll all be better in the finished product.  ;)
