I don't want to be unpleasant, but you should use the search box before opening a topic. Two many topics are already opened for the same subjects.
If you type "agile solution" in the search bow you will find your answer:

If you have the add ones key from ss06 ad ons, register that in you profile and you can download ad dons for free
