Welcome to the forum, but first of all, a bit less attitude would be much nicer. No need for the "how the hell" part, I would think.

To get acces to the restricted boards on the forum, you will have to register your license key into your profile. It says right here in the forum section titles, in bold print, which boards require a license key. You could have also used the search engine. Why "the hell" didn't you try that?  ;)

To register your key, Go to your profile, and put the license key into the box in the "license key registraton" section.

sorry bout that. i was just really annoyed. I did try searching but it just said it was restricted. Where do you enter your license key?

In your forum profile, as I said. Just check the main profile section till you come across the license key registration part.
