Title: the ideal p.c.

i am upgrading my pc and wanted to no if anyone could recommend the best pc specs to play ship sim 2008
all suggestions accepted

This one runs Ship Simulator 2008 very smooth (my system). Built by my own ;)

CPU (processor)

Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz Socket LGA775, 4MB, BOXED w/fan
65 nm processor technology. 4 MB chache.

Mother board

Asus P5B, P965, Socket-775, ATX, GbLAN, 6xSATAII, PCI-Ex16.

- LGA775 socket
- 1x ATA, 5x SATA, 1x eSATA
- Soundcard with 7.1 sorround
- supports DDR 2 SDRAM
- RAM types supported: PC2-4300, PC2-6400, PC2-5300

I must say that I don't have a Duo core and my friend does and his SS08 does run a little bit faster ::)
But, a single core is fine...

Get a cuad core if you can  ;D

For a graphics card anything Nvidia 7600 or above will work.

does anyone know what computers vstep use to run the game?
