I'm for the expecifications and structures particulars. Those tugs looks like Robert Allan Projects. (As this project is from Canada too).
Attached are 2 photos of the SMIT TUPY (ASD's Class tug) 3300Hp 50tons Bollard pull / Robert Allan project.
