39.99 Euros = 58.86 USD (Boxed version)
36.99 Euros = 54.44 USD (Download version)

(of course that is not to say it will be exactly that, that's just the price on the website, calculated into Dollars)

It's amazing what you can find with google.. 
You could have tried typing in the words "Currency calculator" or something similar  ;)

They're correct...Amazon.com has it for $39.99 USD so if you want to wait a week to get it, you'll save close to $15 over downloading it from here.   There is NO difference in the actual software between the boxed version and the download version.   The boxed version obviously gives you a nice box and pre-made CD.   I don't know if it includes a printed manual or not.   

It was worth it to me to download from here...your mileage may vary.

You can of course, just go to google and type in "39 Euros in dollars" and Google will convert it for you :)

I live in UK.

The version I brought was from PC World was for £29.99. That makes around $60 USD But we got it for rather a rip of. The price should acctually should be around £25. That makes $50USD.
