Based on the below I'd say it's the graphics card!

Computer:
Operating System                                  Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
OS Service Pack                                   Service Pack 1

Motherboard:
      CPU Type                                          Intel Pentium 4, 3000 MHz (15 x 200)
      Motherboard Name                                  FUJITSU SIEMENS D1625

Display:
Video Adapter                                     RADEON 9200 SERIES - Secondary  (128 MB)
Video Adapter                                     RADEON 9200 SERIES  (128 MB)
      3D Accelerator                                    ATI Radeon 9200 SE (RV280)

Hiya TommyC :)

The main problem you have is your graphics card.  Unfortunately, it doesn't meet the minimum requirements for the game, as listed below (taken from the FAQ's):

Operating system: Windows 2000, XP or Vista
Processor: Pentium 4 2.4GHz or AMD equivalent
Memory: 1GB (Windows 2000/XP) or 2GB (Vista)
Graphics card: GeForce 5900 or ATI 9600 Pro / X600 (128MB)
Audio devices: Sound card
Input controller: Mouse with scroll wheel
Optional controllers: Joystick, Joypad or Steering wheel

The only thing we can suggest is to upgrade your graphics card to a newer model :)

Regards.

DJM.

Thanks Shipaddict for your reply :)
