Title: I can't quite figure out the throttle controls for the Ocean Star

No matter what I do, it just turns the rudder instead of increasing the throttle.

Open the pdf "Controlling Azimuth drives". This gives full details of how to drive "Ocean Star".

In my opinion, it is self-test each DLC. It is possible roaming options. Such training and cheat skill in maneuvering the different types of vessels will be of benefit to the assignment of specific missions, as well as multiplayer options. Am I right?

Your suggestion is excellent. nothing like the old fashioned "Trial & error" method of finding how things work. ;D
