Title: Licence Key Problems

I have just purchased this game and am having a problem as every time I log on it requires my licence key.  I have already registered my key on the profile at the top of the page but it has not made any difference.  Can someone please let me know if there is something else I need to do?  Many thanks.

Have you tried running it as the administrator?

Thank you Path_Finder but unfortunately I have no idea how to run it in administrator mode.  Where would I find the option?

Hi Poppa,right click on the Ship Sim icon on your screen and then you will see run as administrator,left click on that.That should sort it out.

Thank you JamesS1941.  I have just tried and I'm afraid that did not work either - it still is looking for the licence key.  We just wanted to avoid having to enter it every single time.  Thanks anyway.

Further to my previous post - I just want to say that the problem is now solved.  When I tried again running as administrator it worked.  Thank you again - very much appreciated. ;D
