I have seen from some peoples pictures you can get to the engine room of a vessel on SS08. Which vessel is this and how?  :)

Only for barge pusher :) You will see "open door" icon near engine room doors.

If you play with the herkules atlas you can go in the engine room if you want hope it helps  :)
