Hi, just ordered the game by download awhile ago, and was wondering how long it takes before they send you the info to download it?

That depends on a number of factor's, but don't forget to check your spam/junk email box, just in case ;)

Ah, ok.  I would leave it a little longer, if you're getting concerned, post here and it will be looked into if necessary :)

Or you can use the contact pages on the main Ship Sim site, but please be aware that Vstep support isn't available over the weekend :)

I couldn't wait any longer for the 2008 addon. So I recently bought the addon online and could download it instantly.

After registrating the license key I could directly start downloading the addon for 2008 as well.

My compliments for this buying system :)
