Is it possible to downgrade SSE?

How do you mean? If you mean is it possible to downgrade the specs so an earlier PC can run it i don't think so.

The only way I can think of is to re-install the game and then updating it to the desired version. However, be informed that you won't be able to play Mulitplayer with others because your version won't be up to date anymore.

How would I go to the version befor 1.3? There is no way on the website.

You may have to google it as its not supported. Someone may have the update.

I think you need to have the latest version of this game, in older versions there are some annoying bugs. I think that older versions of SSE 2010 could also have security leaks which make your PC vulnerable for hackers. It is a game which has open internet connections.
