Title: weird problems

I have been using SSE again waiting for the new one to arrive.

One of the weird things that happens to me is when I update to 1.4 and then 1.5 everything is fine but when I try to install the Oceanic which I bought and paid for a long time ago, my version changes as it says I have 1.35 and sure enough when i check it, it is for sure 1.35.

I am still having a few problems with crashes but I put up with them as best I can.

If any body can explain the above to me I will be in your debt forever.

Hi Bill,
Just re-download & install the patches, 1.3.5.->1.4, and then 1.4 ->1.5. This should put you back to current status. I can't remember exactly when the "Winner", "Deniz Doga" & "Oceana" were released but I think I am right when I say that installing the two patches again will solve your problem.

Thanks for your reply I will do just that, now some thing else is happening to me (only to me?) some of my missions are going to black as they say in the movie business, but I do not think it applies to SSE, some scenery and some ship parts and gauges suddenly turn black, and so you cannot read the charts or you speed etc.

I wish I knew how to take a picture when this happens because it is really weird and it would be nice if some body else saw this other than me.
