Title: Ship Simulator Extreme Demo Crash Handler()

Every time i try to run Ship Sim Extreme demo it gives the notorious 'Crash Handler' Any help, because i really want to play this game as im a very big fan of boats (lol). I have installed PhysX (Highest version), Vcredit every time i try to install it nothing happens, and DirectX i have working perfectly my specs are:

GPU: Ati Radeon 6570 1GB MSI
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 Dual core 2.8Ghz (Second core of Sempron 145)
Ram: 4.00GB DDr3
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

Please help!

EDIT:

I forgot i tried this with my ATI Radeon 3000 Intergrated graphics and it worked but with a bit of lag.
