Hello all,

This problem can unfortunately not be solved from Vstep's end, it is an issue with Steam itself. It's been coming up a lot of late, and not just for this game either. Vstep and Paradox are aware of it and are looking into it to see if they can determine the problem, together with the people at Steam.

Please open a support ticket on Steam and ask one of their tech support people to help you with this issue. If we could help from this side, we of course would, but they are the only ones that can at the moment, with this Steam issue.

Sorry that we don't have a better or more direct solution for this problem.

Kind Regards,
Fred
