Purchased SSE.  Where do I find out how to use the equipment that is on the different ships and boats such as bow thruster, tug controls, ramps control, etc?

you find the manual her on your hard drive  
C:\Program Files (x86)\Vstep\ShipSimExtremes\Projects\ShipSimExtremes\Docs\EN
or her if you have a 32 bits OS
 C:\Program Files \Vstep\ShipSimExtremes\Projects\ShipSimExtremes\Docs\EN

and her you find the usemanual for mission editor C:\Program Files (x86)\Vstep\ShipSimExtremes\Projects\ShipSimExtremes\Docs\MissionEditor
