Title: Crashing on initializing. (Steam Version)

Hello, I bought the steam version of SSE yesterday but when I try to play it, it crashes at the initializing stage of the boot up process.

My rig meets the requirements (I think):
Processor: AMD FX-4300 4 Core, 3.8 Ghz
Vid Card: XFX Radeon HD 6870
Ram: 8 GB
OS: Win 7

So I was wondering what the problem was and how to fix it. I also have got the reports (which I have no clue how to open) from the crashes, which I will attach.

Hi Oshimoto,
Can you please register your key? (click on "profile", then scroll down until you see a box to enter your key :)) Registering your key unlocks the technical support forum - where people will be able to help fix the problem!
