How do I get a reply from SS tech support, I've been trying to cotact them countless times with details in regards to a crash report with my Shipsim Extremes game and am not getting any reply other than the sending confirmation email. >:( I've followed the steps specified in the FAQ's but to no avail.

Your best bet is to post details of your issue in the SSE Technical support forum. The aforementioned forum will become visible after you register your SSE game in the same way as you registered SS2008,
