Title: Can't run Ship Simulator Extremes. Won't start.

Heres my specs:

Windows Home Premium
Processor: AMD A6-3420M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (4 CPUS), ~1.5GHz
Memory: 6144MB RAM
(Graphics card I think): Name: AMD Radeon (TM) HD 6520G
Chip Type: ATI Display Adapter

Any help would be apprechiated!

The truth of the matter is that your computer is well below the specification required for SSE.  the AMD A6-3420M APU is designed for 'entry level notebooks'.  Also, you do not have a graphics card per se, it is built unto the CPU which is why they call it an APU (Accelerated Processing Unit).

I also suspect your computer does not meet the minimum requirements..
