Hi,
recently I decided to open up ship simulator again but it didnt seem to work becuase i had to put in my license key again. This might be sue to the fact i had to make a new account on my computer. It has the same administrative rights as the old account but this if odd. i typed in the key and it said it was invalid. i looked at the forum and i dont recall another topic similar to this. if anyone has found a resolution, i wish to see it or a link to another post that does have a resolution. thank you

Hi whitestarline, the problem could be that the license key is still registered to your old account.
Try uninstalling the game, then run Unregister.
You can find this in C:/Program Files/Vstep/ShipSim 2008/Unregister
Afterwards install Ship Simulator again.
PS: running Unregister will also delete any saved missions you may have..
You will also probably need to create a new Profile.

I think you may be looking in the wrong place.
Click on 'Start' (bottom left of your screen), then on 'This Computer'
You should then see 'Local Station' (C:), and be able to proceed as I described.. :)
