To quote a well known tennis star:- "You can NOT be serious!"  You have plenty of cash I hope. First you need to find a building to house the equipment, then buy the equipment required, then pay the salaries of the instructors and finally buy the software and computer hardware needed. Not too expensive really, possibly a mere £500,000 or so.

Aah yes, I remember John McEnroe and his tantrums..  Fortunately we now have Hawk-Eye..  ;)
