i have bought the game off ebay and been given my code but when i try to input it on the site it will not let me it says its invalid! help what do i do?

Only thing you can do is try to claim your money back, and buy from Vstep or Steam. Speaking personally I would never buy from E-Bay, at least not for a game like this.
