Hi all, I need some help please. I am doing the single mission Ocean voyage using the Orient Star going into Southampton harbour. It says to slow down to less than 10 knots. I did that down to 7, then to 5, then to 3, then stopped. The pilot is not coming aboard. I am now in the inner Southampton harbour and he is still behind my ship. His pilot boat speeds up then stops over and over but does not board the Orient star. What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated. I have been at this for two days now. Regards Peter

Hello Peter,
Please register your copy of SSE in your Profile as you have done with SS 2008.

Hi Vin-Sun, I would like to register my SSE but I downloaded the game and now I don't know where the license key is hiding. Regards Peter

Hi Peter,
Go to ShipSim.com and log in.
At the top of the page next to the welcome message, click on 'My Account'.
Click on 'Orders & Downloads'.
At the bottom of the page you will find your licence key under 'Licence key overview'
Regards, Dave

Hey ,oderator, can you answer his question now? I have the same problem as swap!

I have exactly the same issue. Pilot vessel maneuvering looks very odd, does'nt manage to come alongside the cruise ship. I restarted the mission two times with no results. Then I gave up - a bit frustrated btw.

Yes, they're right!
Since the last patch pilots don't come on board any longer as they should. This seems to be a problem for some users only.
No one seems to care.
An annoying fact that made me stop playing SSE at all and reinstall SS2008.
