I love how so many people seem to have issues getting this game to run, and the forums are full of can't get it to work can you help me and just about most of the help requests aren't answered.  I seem to have the same issue as you if you get a solution, I would be greatful to hear it.

I was getting the same problem... I spent ages installing, uninstalling, cleaning registry etc. In the end it was a simple fix. I downloaded the latest Phsyx package from NVidia, installed and it worked first time.

You can find it here

Code: [Select]
h**p://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.12.0213-driver.html
Hope it helps you guys

Radeon HD6800 here and same problem. No fix, any help or response from the creators. I feel absolutely cheated here. They're even worse than Kalypso Media  :(

I have the same problem,Windows 8 with ATI Radeon HD 5850, when I start SSE Questviewer crashes. If I do a fresh re-install of windows 8, install SSE it works no problems. As soon as I install AMD Catalyst, with the latest Graphic drivers, Questviewer crashes...Very frustrating, since I usually play SSE on a 10 feet display(DLP projector) but I cannot use it, (hdmi port on the video card does not work  until I install Catalyst), And after I install Catalyst,  BAAAAAMMMMM! SSE crashes while loading questviewer....
I include my .dmp file.

That is not fun....

The simple answer is NO YOU CANNOT. Please do not ask for help if you have a pirate copy as nobody will give any help if they are sensible. You really have some kind of nerve to even ask the question on this forum.
