I stumbled across this on a forum for Rail Works, this tool will be essential if you play games or Sims...It's called Game Booster, and it's been verified safe.

Grab it here, first you will install it, then it will say there is a new version avalible....you will have two options, best to go for 3.5 Beta it has more features. How to use, run, and find the "start boost" button.....wait till it finishes and then run your desired sim/game

so this will speed up games? reduce crashes, lag, and other things?

great, because my railworks is incredibly slow with the TSX game engine on.

great, because my railworks is incredibly slow with the TSX game engine on.

It will give it a shot, or die trying so to speak. When active it shuts down un-neccerary apps and services.. railworks slow huh? if you tell me more about your computers capabilities i think i should have a solution for that

okay, just downloaded it

pros: like fraps; tells you fps in the corner. you can also video record things and take screenshots. its also free.

cons: no real effect in performance

sounds like you gotta look at some investemnts into some hardware upgrades. I downloaded Red Orchestra 2 and Dead Island, they are both harsh on the CPU so this will force me to add extra power. Thoud she'd handle well them games, she can keep up with other high end games

Thanks TM,just downloaded programme and tried it with FSX and SSE,my previous loading of the games was quite good but this download has improved them even better,also no other problems,thanks again. :2thumbs:
