I know this topic has been discussed, I did a search and didn't get anything specific to my problem. I can not register my license key (SS08) on the site, it tells me the key is already in use (the game itself took the key, so I can play, but I get the error when I enter the key in my profile here). I purchased the game legally as the Collectors Edition and the New Horizons key works, but not the SS key so I still can't get into certain parts of the forums (or download the JJ...) My real problem is that I messaged Mad_Fred, which people in other topics were told to do, about a week ago but haven't heard back. Any one else i can PM to get this issue resolved? Thanks in advance,

I just sent my 4th message to Mad_fred, let's see if he answers this time. His profile shows he is still active on the forum, logged in yesterday. Does he support SS08 anymore?

Do they support SS08 any more? Mad_fred responded to me but is unable to help right now, Swenson seems to be busy or something and hasn't responded. Is there anyone else that can help?
