Title: I want it to run fast...

My computer is standard dell vista computer, nothin too fancy, had to get like a $80 graphics card to run it, anyways, the frame rate for me sucks, i can't get really good graphics, what would be the top things for me to look into getting to make it run faster with better graphics. I am looking to double the RAM i have now and getting a really good graphics card.

a better graphics card will make it look nicer, sure, but an i7 processor will really charge your computer.

The i5 is a much better option than the i7, if your wanting a budget gaming PC. martman, can you give us a rough Idea on what budget you have avalible?

Is something in the CPU vent causing negative pressure?

If that's so then there is your problem I think.
