Title: Download Oceana

Hi all,

I bought the add-on for Oceana, paid it by Paypal and got it confirmed. But I did´nt recieved or find any download
link on my page Download etc. I emailed Shipsim about this and still no reply after 1 week.

So I gave up and bought the add-on fofr the second time and then everything worked. But I have paid 2 times and I want my first payment back, what can I do or email to get reponce?
