Title: Does anyone have any....?

Hi guys!
I'm trying to find some plans for ships (GA etc)
I've managed to find plans for prettymuch every ship type out there, all except car carriers. For whatever reason, car carriers are some of the hardest ships to find plans of. So, I was woundering, does anyone have some car carrier plans I could have? or a link to a place that does free ones?

As a side note, if anyone wants various plans for ships (tankers, reefers etc) then let me know, There is a chance I have them in the depths of my HDD or know a place where you can get them :)

As a side note, if anyone wants various plans for ships (tankers, reefers etc) then let me know, There is a chance I have them in the depths of my HDD or know a place where you can get them :)

I'd say there aren't much car carrier plans because they look very obvious from the inside; big open spaces with ramps to an upper or lower deck and the living, control rooms, etc. for the crew above.

As for tankers, in that hull are just big storage rooms with maybe a hallway between each 2 storage room, and furthermore there are the living quarters for the crew on top of eachother in the tower.

I know what they look like inside  :doh:
I'm looking for plans to model from, as I prefer to use plans than go off photographs and risk getting it wrong or making a right mess of it :(

Well, that's a huge part of modelling: guessing the measurements.  ;)
Just look at Kyle Hudac's Titanic. He didn't knew exactly how wide the corridors were, how high the tables were, etc. He did an approximate measurement, and just look at the results of it!  :)

I only want to use them so I get the hull shape right(ish) :P
I'm not the slightest bit bothered about the interiors etc - as I don't intend on modelling them  :doh:
