Title: licence key problem

the entered licence key is already in use by another user how do i fix that?

Send your license key in a PM to Mad_Fred. Tell him your problem.
The usual cause is that someone has registered your key as his own. If so, you have waited too long before registering your key, and someone has claimed it as his own.
If that is the case, you may need to present evidence that you are the legal owner.
Another possibility is that you bought a used copy from someone and he has never unregistered.
