Suddenly this morning every time I try to log in to SSE I get a error message that "application crashed" and gives me a crash dump file but what do I do now?.
i did not change anything or mess around with the game in any way so I do not know what has happened.
I can not live without my SSE. I really mean it ,I am lost without it so please let me know a soon as possible

Hi Bill, did you try restarting your computer? I had a few crashes this morning, but after restarting it worked fine..
-
I will try that thanks

That did not help so I do not know where to turn to next.
I have never had this happen before.

Hi Bill, try a system restore to your PC.
-
I tried that but no results as it said it could not restore it to Feb 15th and I was worried anyway, as it also saidi to save changes and I did not know what that meant, so I am still in a pickle as to what to do now.

I would try removing and reïnstalling SSE, you never know..

Bill - I cannot help but wonder if the problems you are having are in any way related to the failure of SSE to start. Three or more threads here and in Technical Support describe a similar problem which has effected many users all of a sudden. In our case, however, the game has suddenly failed to start, and remains on the Title screen indefinitely. All of this seems to much to be coincidence to me.
I too wonder how I will survive without my SSE adventures!

Install the MS-update KB2538242 (vcredist_x86.EXE) - and you will survive (have a look at this thread: http://80.95.161.114/shipsim/forum/index.php/topic,27881.0.html).
