Has anybody out there any idea why ShipSim Support has stopped answering E-mail requests for help, I have sent 4 of them starting before Christmas and received acknowledgement for all of them except the last one but never received a reply.
The main reason is I downloaded and paid for the Christmas bundle with the Winner and a ferry pack but never could install the ferry pack the winner was fine and completed the missions, the ferry pack will not install because every time I do it it says I have version 1.3.5 and not 1.4 but when I check it, it says 1.4 but the next time it will show 1.3.5.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Bill
I had the problem so I ran unregister exe from main folder.(Warning you lose saves and profile)
I then installed Extremes /Sigita/ and then ferry pack I.4 update.
After installing those I rebooted and started game it had worked so I then installed Pilot pack
Winner.

The Ferry pack requires 1.3.5

I'm sorry to hear that your emails are not answered. They might got blocked somewhere? You can always try again and after that send me a direct message so I can check if it has arrived.
sadsid answer is correct, this is the best way to fix your problem.
