Title: Towing Garbage

Does anyone know the name of the mission in SS08 where you:

-Use an extremely slow boxy looking tug boat
-Tow a garbage barge

I'm pretty sure there's only one like it. I remember it took me nearly 45 minutes to get the tug lined up to start hauling.  ::)
