i now you can run windows on a mac buth i can´t get it to work and i now you can get ss 08 to work no mac :(

You will need to use a program called 'Wine' to run windows on a MAC PC. However you will need a valid Microsoft Windows copy in order to use it.
Other than that, no title in the Ship Simulator series is officially supported for any operating system other than Windows.
Sorry :)

can parralells run a windows game?
parralells is a mac program that allows you to switch to windows. ;D

To be quite honest even if ship simulator was installed on a windows ran by a mac machine, I highly doubt you could emulate through the O/S due to the graphics required to run the game.
So my answer would be no.

I actually run SSE on my iMac 27".
The MAC o/s allows you to Dual-Boot, which means you can either boot in MAC O/S or Windows O/S. I book in Windows O/S when I want to play SSE. Since the newer macs run Intel processors, all the new Macs can run PC software without any problems.
In all honesty, my SSE on my MAC seems to be more stable than a lot of other folks that is trying to run with their own PCs.
In terms of running Window's "within" the O/S system, that has been done before and is very stable. You can do that with Parallels and it will run SSE through a virtual window within the MAC OSX desktop. It's perfectly do able, but I don't prefer to do this since SSE is inherently unstable to begin with.

Crossover is really solid. A dual boot is always better if you're a dedicated gamer, though.
