Hi.
What is the new patch for?
I have updated with first and the second patch so i have 1.1 version.
Can i update with the new?

There is no new patch. If you have downloaded the 1.1 patch (not to be confused with the RC patch) then you are up to date.

The RC version was a Release Candidate or a beta-version if you like. This version was released shortly before the final version 1.1 to allow more users to test the update. Now that we have the final v1.1 update, the RC is obsolete.
