alot of these forums are made with a forum hoster. what hoster made this forum? looks like proboards, but also not proboards..... hmm..... ???

The Ship Sim Forum's forum type can be found at the very bottom of the screen when you scroll all the way down. It is powered by Simple Machines Forum (SMF)

As Matt has said it's a version of SMF that has been heavily modified for VSTEP
