This is pic I get in fraps same with video all setting are correct

It seems that you missed a codec, maybe you can try it again with reinstall.

Sadsid try this uninstall all SSE including Questviewer . I have had problems for ages did this yesterday and now loads and plays fine. Not saying its going to work but has for me. You have to register your licence keys again so make sure you have got them all first. good luck

1 have just installed new intel quad i5 3.3 gig processor + new motherboard
 2 Installed Geforce GTX 570
3 all codec drivers up to date in fact all drivers up to date running fraps with civ 5 it works perfect
