Title: STEAM and 1-year-celebration offers?
Post by: Makeone on September 03, 2011, 15:51:57
Simple: will the 1-year celebration offers come to STEAM or not, as currently dlc's are at 'normal' prices? Or are those half priced dlc's only available from vstep directly and in that case won't work with steam version?

Hello Makeone,

Yes, the 1-Year-Celebration offers are only for the non-Steam SSE.
And no, you can't download non-Steam DLC's for Steam SSE.

Why not?  Seem a bit discriminatory to me! :(

Why is that?
Vstep is Vstep and Steam is Steam.  :P

Also, Steam decides if their games get a discount.

Another reason why Non-Steam is better  !:)

Hi,

sure you can get the pilot dlc at steam!

STEAM users can download this free DLC from the STEAM store.

@ Makeali
I'm sure that Makeone is reffering to the 50% discount offer from Vstep too, and not only to the free Pilot DLC
