Title: Language ID Not found!
Post by: scand on September 01, 2011, 06:19:34
I have all the downloads and patches installed, where did I miss it? How to correct my mistake?

BTW I Have it on the XP hardrive on this PC and Ferry 02 Campaign went flawlessly to conclusion.
I believe that alot of problems are Window 7 related!

Thanks!

Hold on a sec, Is this Ship Sim, what one ?? I thinks  this will get more attention if it was in Technical Support. Ship Sim and Windows 7 are doing good, not sure what the problems is here. Is this Steam Version of Ship Sim or Non-Steam version??

This is Ship SS Extremes purchased from SS Website. Evidently within Windows 7 Ultimate I could not advance into another Environment.  I am running now a Dual HD with Windows 7 on one and XP on the other.  I installed Extremes using my keys from SS Web Page installed and loaded everything I had purchased.  However I missed something in the installtion.  The error appears on the download option within Extremes.

It is installed correctly in Windows7.

The good news is you should be able to re-download the Sim more than once as Im thinking it's a corrupt download. More good news is that SSE works flawlessly on Windows 7 so there should not be any problems. Try to re-download SSE again and then re-install with the new download

Thanks for the Info!
However it is worst then originally .  I did two clean  PC rebootings with the unintall/installation procedures. I noticed the full version of the program is 1.3.5! Does one have to have the extractor program installed to use it?  I believe the problem lies in the installation including the extraction of the main program or the problem could be elsewhere, out of my control.   All I know is it works fine on XP.

I have tried saving and the on the other attempt used RUN as the option.  The results both times were the same!

I have had this problem from the start on Windows 7.  Do you recall what the original size was of version 1.1?

Thanks Again!
