Do i have to have ship sim 08 to get ship sim new herizons ???

yes, you need SS08 first as New horizions is an add on to the game

If you are considering buying both, then I recommend you buy Ship Simulator 2008 CE (Collectors Edition) which contains both SS 2008 and New Horizons for Euros 30 . It is available as a download from:-
