-
and doesent this prince guy in the mid east have a private A380?
John Travolta has his own Boeing 707 and a Gulfstream N728T! And he also holds a license to fly them himself! :o
This is his 707:
-
if thats his 707, then why does it say "Qantas" on the side?
-
Wikipedia:
The 707 aircraft bears the marks of Qantas, as Travolta acts as an official goodwill ambassador for the airline wherever he flies.
-
we sometimes have a military refueler fly by, they do touch and goes at Stockton Airport. Will try to take some pics nexts time!
-
we most often have C-130 hercules military cargo planes flying around.
once i saw one of those planes with a radar dish on top.
no pics tho. :(
-
The C130 does not have a radar dish on top, the E-2 Hawkeye does (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/e/e1/E-2C_Hawkeye_Bear_Aces.jpg)
*EDIT* (not my photo) *EDIT*
If you have questions about aircraft, just ask me! ;D
-
it had for engines and it was grey, i was making an assumption that it was a refueler cuz i fly one on FSX. not sure though
-
jet or prop?
-
jet or prop?
jet
-
I belive you were looking at a KC-135 Stratotanker
(http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0d/100225-F-3252P-617.jpg)
-
4 engines and grey
The KC-135 it is too
-
ohhh okay. so i was at waterpolo practice and a jet flew over. it was medium size and had rear engines and a "T" tail. i did see 3 engine exhausts. so one engine was in the middle. It was at about 1000-1500 feet and was pulling up. The tail was purple with no airline on it.....i wish i got a picture but i was wet!
-
did it look like a passenger jet?
it might have been a 727.
-
hmmm i have a feelings its the 727
Cause the description matches it the 727 too
-
There is a C130 version with a dish on top.
-
did it look like a passenger jet?
it might have been a 727.
it looked more of like a private. the 727 looks to big...
-
lockheed? corsair? learjet?
i heard once that one of those little poop stains got hit on the tail-fin by an A380 as it was taking off.
would you like some epic with that fail? ;D
-
lol
Here are some new samples made with my cousins ipod yesterday :D :D

I'm not very sure but the plane you might be looking for looks something like this:
The're 67 of them still in service and fed ex uses them for cargo.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FedEx_Express

it didnt look that big but there was a little black thing in the middle of its tail at the bottom. couldve been the door hatch? and there were definatly windows...

assassinator2.0,
What you could have seen were Dassault Falcon 50 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dassault_Falcon_50), 900 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dassault_Falcon_900), or 7X (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Falcon_7X) private jets. They are tri-jets so they comply with your description of having 3 engines on the tail. The purple paint may have been the business jet's owner(s) decision as it is after all their plane.
However, the tail is more of a lower case 't' tail rather than a 'T' tail.
This is the Dassault Falcon 7X. You can see the undercarriage from this angle.
This is the Dassault Falcon 50. The tail shape and 2 of the 3 engines are clearly visible. I'm guessing that you can imagine where the 3rd one would be. ;)

Her your have some photos of the Galaxy that wisited Kjevik airport in Kristiansand Norway in 2005 if i remember right, they are from US airforse and transported dolphins trained to find mines in the water
BDW The plain was so heavy that they most move it every houer so it don't sinking down of the parking plase on the airport, it was a real beuty and i get aloved to get onbord in it to ;D

thank you! i think it was the Dassault 900 or 7X. the 50 looks too short.

so mystery solved!
Ok lets go back to plane spotting and adding pictures to the topic shall we?
::)
-
Some pictures taken a last week by myself and a friend of mine who waited for his cousin arriving from Germany.:
He's a good friend of mine so i didnt want him to be disappointed with my absence.
(the following pictures are random planes that arrived at the airport) (and yes i am standing on a high building)
My friend's cousin arrived in a Lufthansa.

:o
I wish the 777 and A380 would come to curacao once
-
i'm quite sure that the 777 is able to land at the airport because the 747 can..
But not sure about a380
-
there is offcourse enough room here at Hato Intl To support both both
Except no airline has a contract yet with a B777 and A380 to come here :(
-
just hold on! :D
The future is not far away!
maybe in 2017 when the 737 MAX is also out and your the one flying it :D
-
sure ;)
Tomorow im going plane spotting from 14:00 too 18:00
Expect new foto's

My gosh the police are so strict where I live
What do you mean how are they strict?
My local airport is half civilian half boeing military helicopter storage and test facility and I "stalked" the helicopters take off and the people didn't care.
