Title: License Key not working

I purchased this from Game a while back and have only just got round to installing

When I try to enter the License key on the box the program does not accept it.

Can someone please help?

[Edit]  I have also tried entering the key in the profile and it says the key is not valid.  The manual is electronic - the key is on a sticker in the box - have checked to make sure I am inputting it right.

I can not enter my key  the reson is a letter is missing in the second code please help me :'(
