Just installed this and it has been a good 10 min creating the account?

So what shall I do? I should think it has been a good 20 min now. Surely thats not normal?

Well, if you are trying to make an account on SSE and it freezes, can you please give me your DxDiag?

The DxDiag icon is recognized by a blue circle with a yellow cross in it.

That's quiet impossible that you don't have DxDiag.
Are you sure you followed the instructions right?

Rebooting did the trick. Now downloading SSE

There is no thread for him because it is in the Tech Support board. He has not registered the License Key of his copy of SSE in his Profile in the Forum and hence he cannot get access to the Tech Support board.
