Bandit, first you must tell us what exactly the problem is.

Can you please give me your DxDiag?
All you need to do is to save it on your desktop. Then when you are typing a reply, click on Additional Options below left and attach that DxDiag.
Here is a tutorial, works both on Vista and Windows 7.

i click on it but is says an error has occurred i have windows xp
-
Then do this:
My computer ---> C: drive ---> Windows ---> System32 ---> DxDiag (double click on it)
You can recognize your the icon by a blue circle with a yellow cross in it.
EDIT: Forget all what I said there!
Click on start, then you should see the option ''run.....''. Type DxDiag in it and save that.

Also add your Licence Key into your profile :)

Yes, but SS08 is not the same as SSE. Please, give us your DxDiag so we maybe can find out what the problem is.
Click on start, then you should see the option ''run.....''. Type DxDiag in it and you should see a pop-up and you already should be in the right place. Left below you should see the option 'save all information' and attach that file to a post in this topic

ok here it is i hope i did this right

Well, by the looks of it is your clocking speed too low. It should be higher then 3,0 GHz while yours is 2,16 (to you it might look like a low number but it's a big deal actually).
Also your graphics card is way too low to properly play SSE. It's a ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 while it should be a NVIDIA 8800 GT or higher or it should be an ATI Radeon HD 4850 or higher.
So my guess is that you try to run it on a laptop? Laptops powerfull enough to run SSE are quiet rare! :-\

ok yes im useing a mpc transport t3200 laptop

So yes, that already explains it. You need a good desktop computer to run SSE smoothly.
-
i got one but its in the shop geting upgraded

Well, then you just have to wait for that computer to arrive. At least, if that PC is also powerfull enough.

Hello Bandit,
Virtual Skipper has explained it all to you.
Since you are getting your desktop upgraded please make sure that it has all that is required as per the System Requirements for SSE. Those are the minimum requirements.
Please see the attachment.
