Hi I was berthing in Calais and noticed that the lorries were showing up as all black - no textures at all...
Is this a bug or a error my end?
-
Maybe they are coloured darker because of the weather. :-\

Such a big mystery! :o
Who can solve it?

:P
Are hypocrites bad? :P

red lorry, yellow lorry, red lorry, yellow lorry, red lorry, yellow lorry, :2thumbs:
I think it0s just a texture problem and either is too slow loading because there arent enough system resources.
Or maybe a file has been corrupted or is wrongly spelt and thus wont show up. :-\
-
Things without textures tend to show up white :-\
-
Has anyone else seen this though? Or do you have textured lorries?
-
lorry?..... ???
ohhhhh... you mean truck.

Try looking when it’s not so dark. Things tend to look black when there is little illumination.
You can replicate the picture in free roam by setting heavy low clouds or late evening.

Ooh - that was done in Free Roam in Early Morning with rain...
But it seems odd its only the Lorries doing it, and nothing else?

It depends upon what type of lighting is assigned to an object in q3d.
Here is an example. Watch the vehicles from the port wing as the clouds roll in—about four minutes.
