Title: The connection attempt failed

I've registered both SSE and the Ferry Pack. Whenever I try to download content I get the message:

"The connection attempt failed because the server did not respond."

I've tried to turn off the firewall but the result is the same.

Please help

Were you ever able to get to the bottom of this issue? I am having the same problem.
