Title: My Extremes is Really Laggy :s ?

I dont know how but my Ship simulator extremes is really slow and i have a good laptop i dunno How it happens if anyone Knows how to fix it can you tell me how please becuase im stuck on the older version at the Mo and it isnt slow on that one .....
